How we invest in our team

We invest in our team because we value them. No matter how advanced our technology is, we know it's our people who make things happen.

Our investment is in time as well as in opportunities for personal and professional development. Our culture includes open and direct communication, where we encourage questions and are quick to give feedback. We say when things have gone well and when we can see room for growth.

Several of our leadership team began their careers on the shop floor. They show how everyone in our team has the chance to learn and progress. We developed the IMET Academy[JH1.1] to provide internal and external training opportunities and facilitate continuous professional development. This involves our people in decision-making to encourage accountability and the freedom to innovate.
