People all over the world depend on our customers to provide them with safe flights, reliable power supplies and effective healthcare.

All over the world, our customers depend on us.

Aerospace

The aerospace industry, understandably, demands the highest quality standards across all its manufacturing. This includes the specifications of the hi-tech raw materials it uses. We share the same dedication to quality and are committed to not only meet aerospace standards, but to continue to exceed them.

We have rigorous sorting, grading, cleaning and inspection procedures. Our on-site laboratories provide in-process testing and control with full chemical analysis of processed material provided by independent NADCAP (National Aerospace & Defense Contractors Accredited Program) certified laboratories, which have the latest technologies and the full range of materials analysis testing equipment. These laboratories confirm the chemical specification of the metals and give us an extra quality assurance measure. All of this means we consistently deliver the highest-quality secondary raw material, free of foreign materials and contamination.

Our team has significant experience providing materials management programs throughout the aerospace supply chain and MRO (maintenance, repair and overhaul) industry. We work with most of the world’s major OEMs, developing a sustainable closed-loop supply chain that builds raw material resilience and retains maximum value.

Our materials

Our processing capabilities include specialist metals widely used in the aerospace industry, in both wrought and cast-iron forms such as:

  • Superalloys (e.g. 718, 625, C263, Waspaloy, Rene 65, CMSX4 and PWA1484
  • Titanium (CP-commercially pure grades)
  • Titanium alloys (e.g.g 6-4, Ti-17 and 6-2-4-6)

Oil & Gas

The oil and gas industry uses an extensive range of nickel-based superalloys in the manufacturing of its critical equipment. The industry widely uses 718, 625, 825 and 925 to name but a few. When OEMs develop new products, or upgrade existing ones, they also often use new, proprietary or uncommon alloys to differentiate their products from those of their competitors.

Our world-class materials management programs include industry-leading IT capabilities.  They give you real-time end-to-end visibility and complete control of your materials flow within a closed-loop supply chain. Our services help you maximize the sustainability and value of your materials, whichever alloys you choose to use.

Power Generation

As well as working with the oil and gas industry, we have extensive experience working with the power generation industry. The turbines used to generate power are manufactured with many of the same superalloys used in aerospace and oil & gas applications. However, the challenges and market dynamics each industry faces are very different.

We understand this. We know your customers rely on you for low operating costs and high efficiency capabilities. You can rely on us to give you the same. We deliver closed-loop materials management programs and efficient processing of revert to give you the highest quality material at the lowest possible cost.

We work with major OEMs and with their tier 1 and 2 suppliers. This expands our customers’ revert supply chains to maximize the value and sustainability of their materials.

Medical

Our customers in the medical industry manufacture orthopaedic implants to deliver pioneering healthcare solutions.

Whichever industry our customers work in, they depend on us to provide them with the high-quality materials they need to operate safely in the most demanding environments.

We lead our industry in our ability to do this, in particular in our ability to process the next-generation alloys you use today.
