Group Engineering and Maintenance Manager
Mark brings over two decades of experience across engineering, operations, and major CAPEX projects in the oil & gas and aerospace sectors. He specialises in turning complex technical challenges into practical, value-driven solutions.
Mark plays a key role in shaping IMET’s technical strategy and champions a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement among emerging engineering leaders.
Bobby Race
Global Quality Manager
Bobby has worked in the aerospace recycling industry for more than 20 years, specializing in titanium and superalloys. His experience is broad, covering operations, sales, and quality assurance, ensuring melt-ready materials that deliver cost savings and displace prime.
Bobby is passionate about continuous improvement, leadership, and upholding a culture of excellence.
Nicolas Courteix
General Manager - France
Nicolas joined IMET in 2021 to establish our titanium and superalloys processing centre of excellence in France. He sees his role in the company as an excellent way to create value and sustainability for both our customers and the planet.
Stephen Dickson
General Manager - Europe
Steven runs the European side of IMET, working closely with colleagues in the US. He deals with issues such as the global economy, exchange rates and commodity prices, while making sure we continue to deliver for our customers every day.

David has spent over 20 years in the metals and aerospace industries. He brings extensive experience in commercial strategy, procurement, and supply chain management.
