Ruaraidh founded IMET in 2011. Since then, he’s led the company’s continual growth with a clear focus on excellence, innovation and sustainability.

Ruaraidh champions IMET’s open and collaborative culture, with our team, our partners and our customers.

Barry leads IMET’s finance function and HR team and plays a key role in strategic decision-making.

He champions sustainability and innovation while helping to maintain and develop our culture of excellence for all.

Jimmy has more than 20 years’ experience working in the titanium and superalloy revert sector.

His career highlights include working with many of the industry’s leaders and watching the team at IMET develop and grow.

Scott has worked in melting, casting, rolling, forging, machining and cleaning for re-use, in the aerospace,  automotive and oil and gas sectors.

Mark has worked in technical and operational roles across the oil and gas and aerospace sectors.

He’s led large-scale engineering, technical and CAPEX projects worldwide that have helped to develop current practice.

Bobby has worked in the aerospace recycling industry for more than 20 years, specializing in titanium and superalloys.

His experience is broad, covering operations, account management, sales, purchasing and quality assurance.

Nicolas joined IMET in 2021 to establish our titanium and superalloys processing centre of excellence in France. He sees his role in the company as an excellent way to create value and sustainability for both our customers and the planet.

Steven runs the European side of IMET, working closely with colleagues in the US. He deals with issues such as the global economy, exchange rates and commodity prices, while making sure we continue to deliver for our customers every day.

David has spent most of his career in the aerospace industry. He has a deep understanding of the supply chain, from the raw materials produced at the mill to the final machined parts at the OEM.
