We know that responsibility goes beyond our operations. Our ethical principles, corporate social responsibility (CSR) policy and governance structures guide how we support our people, contribute to our communities and create positive impact in the industries we serve.
We designed our governance structures to ensure integrity, accountability and transparency in everything we do. They provide the framework that underpins our business strategy, safeguards our reputation and helps us deliver long-term value for our stakeholders.
Our leadership team embody our commitment to sound governance. You can read more about the people who lead IMET here.
Our independent board of directors brings global experience and a wide range of perspectives to our decision-making. Their industry expertise includes leading some of the world’s foremost titanium and superalloy businesses. Their oversight ensures that our strategy is aligned with responsible growth, resilience and risk management.
We’re committed to the highest standards of ethical conduct. We follow policies and procedures that ensure we comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Our robust anti-corruption practices safeguard against unethical behaviour and reinforce our culture of honesty, fairness and respect
Protecting the environment is central to what we do. Through our closed-loop technologies, energy efficiency programmes, and carbon reduction initiatives, we’re helping to build more sustainable industries. You can read more about how we meet our environmental responsibilities here
We believe accountability is central to trust. We engage openly with our staff team, customers, suppliers and investors to understand their priorities and inform our strategic decision-making. This ongoing dialogue helps to ensure that we continue to act in the interests of all our stakeholders.
Our CSR and governance commitments are more than policies — they’re lived values. By protecting our planet, valuing our people and contributing to communities, we ensure that IMET Alloys continues to operate as a responsible business and a positive force in society.
We‘re committed to sustainable practices and environmental responsibility. Alongside building resilient circular economies through our operations, we work hard to reduce our own carbon footprint.
In 2023, we appointed Charlie Edwards as our internal environmental champion. In 2024, Charlie worked with APAVE to review our carbon footprint and identify how we can reduce emissions and ensure accurate reporting.
Understanding and managing our emissions allows us to take meaningful action to reduce them, make our business more sustainable and support climate action.
