Ruaraidh founded IMET in 2011. Since then, he’s led the company’s continual growth with a clear focus on excellence, innovation and sustainability.

Ruaraidh champions IMET’s open and collaborative culture, with our team, our partners and our customers.

Barry leads IMET’s finance function and HR team and plays a key role in strategic decision-making.

He champions sustainability and innovation while helping to maintain and develop our culture of excellence for all.

David draws on over 30 years of automotive and aerospace experience in his role at IMET. In that time, he has developed his skills and knowledge in supply chain, operations and lean strategy.

David excels in solving complex business challenges and champions sustainable improvement and developing people.

Jimmy is a great believer in teamwork and helping others around him achieve their goals.

With over 20 years of industry experience under his belt, Jimmy knows that quality is central to success, and the key to continuous improvement is helping the next generation develop into future industry leaders.

Mark has over two decades of industry experience from both the oil & gas and aerospace sectors.  His background enables him to turn complex technical challenges into practical, value driven solutions.

Since joining IMET, Mark has played a key role in shaping IMET’s technical strategy and driving continuous improvement throughout the engineering team and across the business.

Combining over 20 years of operational knowledge with commercial insight, Bobby has built extensive expertise in superalloy and titanium materials.

His commitment to quality, continuous improvement and developing people has helped promote a high-performance culture across the entire organisation.

Stephen joined IMET in 2013, following a background with a materials engineering start-up where he progressed from mechanical engineer to leading the commercial team.

Now responsible for IMET’s European operations, he works closely with US colleagues to deliver day-to-day customer support while driving sustainable growth and nurturing strong partnerships.

David joined IMET in December 2016, bringing extensive experience in the aerospace supply chain from his role as Supply Chain Director at Wyman Gordon.

At IMET, he works closely with OEMs, mills and manufacturing partners to build long-term relationships and deliver tailored revert management solutions, supported by deep industry knowledge, a highly experienced team and a quality-driven culture that supports IMET’s strong reputation in aerospace.
